PROBLEM: Drat! Your brand-new bike got a flat tire.

CAUSE: Usually, it's from riding over glass or hitting a hole "pinch-flatting" the tube.

SOLUTION: Don't panic! Flats happen and are easy and cheap to fix. We'll repair it while you wait and you can watch how we do it so you know how to do it next time!

PROBLEM: Blast! Suddenly your new bike isn't shifting and braking like it did.

CAUSE: New bicycles break-in and cables stretch, things loosen, adjustments change slightly.

SOLUTION: No worries! This is normal and why we provide a free check-up for your new bike. Give us a call, make an appointment, and we'll fine-tune your bike ASAP. Once that's done it'll be set for a long time!

PROBLEM: Dagnabit! The chain fell off your new bicycle.

CAUSE: You may have hit a bump while shifting, which threw the chain.

SOLUTION: Relax! This happens even to pros and the fix is super simple! You can usually shift the chain back on by pedaling very gently and shifting the left lever. Or you can easily lift the chain back on, too. Need help? Just ask us!
